The best. This B&B is the best Newport has to offer. My wife and I have been there twice over the past few years and are going again this summer. The rooms are huge and immaculate. Every room is very well kept and extremely comfortable. Sheila and Harlan (the hosts) are two of the nicest people and will go out of there way to make sure your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast is awesome. During the summer, it is served on the wrap around porch and it truly makes the experience unbelievable. The eggs benedict were the best I have ever had. I can't wait to see the place again.
