Most modern hotel in Newport. Very simple and clean. Love the high ceilings and exposed brick accent walls. Feels like a friends loft not a bed and breakfast though.

Hillside location. This is located on a nice side street halfway between the harbour and the mansions. There are basic rooms and two story townhouses with decks overlooking the harbour. Basic breakfast provided in this modern facility.
