Excellent customer service and repair work; the way a dealer/shop should be.. Have used Saccucci several times over the last few years: We had a car repainted, mechanical repairs and just recently some body repairs courtesy of a hit-and-run while parked in the local Walmart lot. The repaint was very well done, the mechanical work always done right the first time, and the latest repairs from the hit-and-run were excellent. And their attitude towards customers is great; a real "the customer is first" approach. They're not cheap, but not out of line with other dealers or the better shops. We're very satisfied with them all the way around, especially since we're fussy with our vehicles (Ford Tempo, Eddie Bauer Explorer, Ranger XLT, all bought new) and keep them a long time. Would not hesitate to recommend Saccucci for either mechanical or body work; they're a pleasure to deal with.
