Best service for any type of Audio or Video, the service at Flint is second to none and they don't make you feel inadequate when asking questions

THE ONLY place I will ever bring my Mac to be fixed ever again. Aaron was wicked nice and helpful. Matt fixed my Mac AND upgraded the memory in about 2 days and personally called me to let me know what the problem was, how much it would cost (virtually nothing, esp. compared to what Apple would charge) and confirm that I wanted the work done once I had all the facts. Thank you so much guys!

home theater. My wife and I have been wanting to upgrage our home theater for some time now, it's just we could not find anyone that was knowlegable, experienced, trustworthy and affordable.

Well we finally discovered Flint Audio Visual in Middleton, RI. The sales consultant Joe was by far the most knowlegable audio visual consultant I have ever met. This guy was on his game and was so helpful I was relieved to have met someone who understood exactly what I wanted and most importantly how to implement. I not only wanted a new Plasma TV but I wanted to incorporate a multi zone sound system in my home.

After talking with Joe about my needs, he assisted me with all components such as a new multi zone receiver, zone switching control, blu ray, and speakers. I did have some of my own speakers and a subwoofer, Joe did not in any way try to sell me new speakers, I used which ever speakers I could. Joe was most knowlegable and was able to incorporate old with new, example, even though I got a new blu ray player it was decided that I should keep my individual CD player. My kids can now watch a DVD in the family room and I can listen to my music on my deck or my living room, all at the same time.

Sorry to go on so long, but I am truly excited about these guys. I need to talk about the installation team. If you ever decide to hang the TV you must ask for Sean. Hanging a TV over the fireplace is very involved and I felt so much at ease having these guys install the system.Hey, If you are going to have a nice TV , go for the nice sound system. I love music and it was imperative to have a quality sound system, the TV was secondary, we went with the Samsung Plasma 8000 series TV. And to pull it all together, a universal remote. Sean did all the programming. It is awsome to have one control for all my components, I can keep my cabinet doors closed and the remote will work anywhere in the house. The only potential pitfall is if I lose the remote.

Anyway, I am thrilled and most importantly my wife is happy.

Great Local Place to Shop for Apple and Electronics. Flint Audio is conveniently located next to Shaw's. I go there often. As far as I know, Flint is the only place on Aquidneck Island which sells Apple computers. I really like that Flint carries high quality equipment. In my experience, Flint employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. I make a real effort to buy local and I never regret it. If you tell them what you need, they listen and help you. I send all my friends to Flint and they have been happy.

Great Service and Honest. I bought a new Sony televison in the middletown store 4 months ago and it was ? hit by the storm..they are fast to respond and even gave me a loner during the repair! You would never get this service at Best Buy or BJ's. It is worth buying your electronics there.

Best Shopping Expierence Ever. My wife and I went into this store in Middletown looking for a television. It was a Saturday and the place was very busy with customers. One salesman said to us very politely, "Be right with you." Not a problem, we wanted to look around first anyway.

When our salesman, Adam, finally approached us he was very friendly. He gave us a very easy to understand, very clear explanation of all the different televisions. After we picked one out, Flint delivered the set, took away our old television (it was huge) and set up the new one at no extra charge!

My daughter is going to school next year, and we will be back to Flint to buy a new Apple computer for her.

I couldn't get over the service and will tell everyone I know that Flint is the place for electronics.

Need some help training the sales force. Went in looking for a surround bar/sound bar to fit under my wall mounted Plasma. Walked around the store for ten minutes while the sales people chatted in an adjacent room. Finally waited by the counter and someone walked by asking if " I was all set". I know I should have left then but....

Finally, a tall salesman was summoned from the corner. I asked about surround bars/sound bars. He told that Polk did not make such a speaker. He did show me a Yamaha but I already have a decent receiver. I thought for sure that Polk or Boston Acoustics made what I was looking for and asked again. The salesman told me has positive. After I got home, I went to Polkdotcom and found exactly what I was looking for. Amazingly the exact speaker was on the Flint website....

I really expected a level of knowledge beyond the Best Buy around the corner.
