Great food in cool space

The food is delicious, creative, and there is so much choice. The usual breakfast suspects are there, but so are unusual and original combinations. The best grits I've ever had--creamy, rich, perfectly cooked and with a nice fresh corn taste. I had mine with lobster--although the lobster bits tasted good, in the end I found them unnecessary. The cheesy grits with a poached egg were enough on their own. The space is very, very cool, and the clientele is eclectic and lively, all of which makes for an exciting way to start the day. Service is quick, and there is parking, which is great in Providence! What was not so great: very crowded, there always seems to be a line; and the space, which is a bit on the cramped side, had a weird smell (not appetizing). Also, it would be nice to have better hot tea--the food is so thoughtful and well prepared, it just doesn't go with that tannic "Brisk" stuff.
