Bad Customer Experience.
The food here is ok compared with the rest of the Walt's chain. The problem here is with the snotty customer service reps behind the counter - especially the young one with the glasses. If you have a special request, forget it. She packages up the food and basically throws it at you. It looks like I am now a customer of Miller's Roast Beef that just opened in Pawtucket. I am sick and tired of paying through the nose just to be treated badly.
Not worth it.
Stopped in for a sandwich with my daughter. at 1:00....carrying my water bottle. Was told I had to leave by manager - who was not even apologetic - because I was carrying a water bottle, and they are not allowed. "You'll have to take that bottle outside." No explanation...and she got angry at me saying I should have read the policy on the door. I asked for my money back and left. Rude.
Had she explained the REASON I might have understood, but to treat me like a criminal for carrying water - please. Not worth it, will not go back. When rules make no sense, change them!!!
