Decent Food at reasonable price. Nothing on the menu blew us away. We arrived for lunch on Sunday and were seated at a booth. They only have booths. The waitress was very friendly. They were out of the special. We waited a long while to get our food. The food was good but not great, standard fare. If we go again, maybe we'll try the pizza.

I'll never go back.. I used to live in the east bay and when I did I was drawn in by a commercial advertising that Perellas had the "Best Pound (of Pasta) in Town". That boast was way off. The pasta was forgettable, and the rest of the meal was a major disappointment.
