not what I expected. We went to Bertucci's on the recommendation of a friend and we just were not impressed at all. My husband got a pasta (Puttanesca) that turned out to be very spicy and when we asked for it to made less spicy, the server told us the sauces are made somewhere else and can't be altered. Now in an area where there is a good italian restaurant on every corner, this makes our decision not to eat there again very easy. My pizza (Chicken Diavolo) WAS supposed to be spicy with roasted peppers and chicken and a spicy tomato sauce and it wasn't... We basically gave up.

Bad Experience. I have been to this restaurant before and it was good. The last 2 times I have gone the service was bad and there were problems with our food. The first time the pizza was burnt and the second time they forgot to put the peppers on the pizza.
