Worst waitress in years!!!!. I frequently go to Chilis with friends and family... but tonights experience was absolutely awful! This was my first time at the Chilis in Warwick, and I was expecting the experience to be like any other time at any other Chilis.... but NO! It started with our waitress, Nicole (which she didn't even introduce herself. I had to get her name off our bill) She came over to our table in a poor mood...Said "hi" thats it! just hi.... followed by minutes later what can i get you..... !!! so we told her we needed a few minutes and ordered our drinks.... the drinks alone took 10 minutes for us to recieve ( mind you it was 8:30 on a Thursday, so the place was dead) then we placed our orders... which she did NOT write down...one of my firends asked if something was spicy she answered yes and then ordered chipotle crispers... not even telling him that they too were spicy! we waited another 25 minutes for the appietizer to come to the table... then we waited 35 minutes longer (mins you by this time the 4 of us have empty drinks) just for our meal to come out!!! (which of corse were all wrong because she didnt write down any of the special requests!) so now we have to wait to eat because we have no beverages... and to try to speed things up as soon as our meal came out we had placed our dessert order and told her to just bring them out as soon as theyre done not to wait for us to finish eating... and we still had to wait untill after our meals!!! then she actually came over to ask us if we wanted the check!!! and she didn't even have it on her!!! so we had to wait another 5 minutes for her to bring that to us and then she just sat there with her hand on her hip.. saying she can take that whenever were ready...!!!!!!! Over all this was one of the worst waitresses we have EVER had... no people skills no memory and no manners! How is she still working as a waitress????!!!!!
