Since its 1952 debut in Memphis, Tenn., Holiday Inn has become one of the most recognized hotel brands in the world. To be sure this is a hotel. It is right next door to the convention center and also a mall. There is a trolley stop that will take you around town for a little over a buck. Close to most things and comfortable. Easy to find
Pros: quiet, clean, on sight parking
Cons: bad pillows, nice pool area

This is a convenient if not luxurios place to spend a night on business. It's geared to the business traveler and offer all the basics at a good price.
