Tips for Bob & Timmy's Grilled Pizzas

Blech. I would rate this as one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. Wood grilled, but no smoke flavor in the crust - no flavor at all, really. Tomato sauce was salty and the mozzarella tasted like the store brand from the local grocery. Blecch! It was so bad that I'm suspect of all the rave reviews.

Best kept secret!. Not everyone knows about Bob and Timmy's, but those that have been there can speak endlessly. The pizza is the best you'll find outside of New York. Their house balsamic dressing is fab!

This Federal Hill pizzeria's gourmet pies range from basic to breathtaking.. The Scene
Does your passion for a thin crust border on the obsessive? Do you sin against social custom by grabbing unfinished scraps from tablemates' plates? If so, Bob and Timmy's Grilled Pizza has the cure for your craving.

The Food
These pies are topped with almost anything you can imagine. For example, the four cheese pizza comes with asiago, fontina, Gorgonzola, Parmesan and a surprising pink vodka sauce. The spinach and mushroom pizza is more than that, with garlic, olive oil, Parmesan, asiago and feta cheeses. For something different, try the BBQ chicken, topped with shredded barbecued chicken breast, smoked gouda, Parmesan and sliced red onion. Feeling more traditional? Try the Pizza I, served with marinara sauce, Parmesan, asiago, Gorgonzola and fresh parsley. Whatever the toppings, the common denominator is an ultrathin crunchy crust with a unique wood-grilled flavor.

Pizza Heaven. No need to look further, this is pizza heaven. Start with the addictive wood flavored crust, move to the abundent ammounts of toppings and specialty cheeses, the flavor is to die for. Try the mushroom and spinach with feta cheese, it is unreal.

unique. The pizzas not only taste great, they look pretty and the outdoor patio with views of the park makes this a great summer choice of restaurants. Nice for an inexpensive date choice.
