Love my Stylist

JILL has been cutting and styling my hair for years. I have short fine hair that very few stylist have mastered a great look for me. She does it effortlessly and I can maintain the great look between cuts. Strangers always ask me :Who does your hair? I love it!"

The salon was easy to get to on Federal Hill and parking was plentiful. The salon was clean, professional and staff was very friendly. Jill is excited with the upcoming Providence Style Week venue in January which she has been working with designers. I am thrilled she is in a salon that is partnering in promoting business in Providence so she can demonstrate her talent. I found Salon Bianco to be a progressive salon which will benefit all their customers. I will definitely be a

loyal customer as I already am to Jill.

Best salon in town!

I will never go anywhere else for any of my beauty needs. Salon Bianco is my home away from home. I love that these girls are involved in every event in town, and I enjoy hearing about their latest venture from trips out of town for training to style week providence. They are amazing and talented there, and I not only get my hair done there but my skin and nails too. I just tried a massage with the massage therapist Melanie, and she is just a lovely addition! Im going to start going every two months for a hot stone massage! And its reasonable too, I got inn with her for a twenty dollars for thirty minute special. I feel like a part of the family there, and I am a loyal customer for life! Its hard to stay inspired these days, and I am just so enlightened that there is a place in the city that I cvan go relax, and get ec=xcited about the world again.

Love my hair!

Last year I went to supercuts for a trim and left with this horrible mullet haircut. Ever since that traumatic experience I've been afraid to get my hair cut at all. So when I noticed how great my friends hair looked, I got up the courage to try out her stylist Jill. I told her my story and she immediately began reassuring me by explaining exactly what she was going to do, and showing me the exact lengths of everything. I was very relieved and left with a great style full of body. I didnt even know my hair could look so full! And while I waited I sipped a hot coffee and watched a fashion show on the TV screen. I definately want to go back soon!

Disappointed service

So knowing its my first time coming to a salon I never really know whats going to happen. All i know is what i want my hair to look like. I was immediately disappointed by the receptionists lack of customer service but i figured we all have off days. When i meet my stylist Britney i was excited by the way she listened but felt forced to buy some sort of product later. During sitting time all i could hear was the gossip of other stylists drama. My hair came out okay but the ambiance was a turnoff.

The BEST!

If you're someone who gets her hair colored regularly, is looking to try something edgy, or just wants someone who can anticipate your needs and deliver consistently, Jocelyn is your girl! I was lucky enough to meet her by chance when she was working at a salon in the Providence Place mall. I didn't have an appointment and hadn't been seeing a particular stylist so my hair was mousy brown and frizzy at the time. Jocelyn gave me the best cut I had ever had that day (manageable but with attitude!) and I knew I'd never trust anyone else with my hair again! Often times I would bring in three different photos and a vague idea of how I wanted to combine the different styles. Sometimes I would just tell her "go crazy!" But at the end of every appointment I left stunned by her talent and looking fabulous. She's given me everything from a purple and blond a-line to a black fashion mullet with steps buzzed into the sides and has even helped me grow out my hair to it's present, and significantly more classic style: long, flowing, bright red locks! The woman is a genius! (I tell her constantly.) I've had the bold red hair for the past few years and she always gives me a vibrant, lasting, healthy-looking color, regardless of the shade I request. If you want a stylist that can give you exactly what you want, even as your taste changes through the years, go see Jocelyn. You'll wonder how you ever lived without her!
