Stay away from this salon at all costs.Terrible haircut. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. My daughter had her hair cut by the owner last night, after only wanting highlights. The owner suggested cutting off "the dead ends" (We all know hair is all 'dead') Without indicating how much, she cut into 6 inches of her hair. My daughter who is 28, now has a Mom cut. (Just like me!) She was very upset. When I called today to discuss it the owner told me that "your daughter lied" Without going into our professions, we are both licensed with the state and have to meet moral criteria in order to maintain our licenses. When I began to tell her that my daughter does NOT lie, she hung up. When I called back she hung up 2 more times. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL conduct and HAIRCUT. AND NOT WILLING TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY OR TRY TO CORRECT OR DISCUSS. SHE IS OUT ABOUT $100.

lopsided-do. Though the woman who cut my hair was a very nice person, I wouldn't recommend getting a haircut at Scissor-hands. I got a shaggy cut with bangs, but the wispies in the front were grossly uneven. I tried to fix it myself, but to no avail. Honestly, my head is weighted to one side...not a good do!
