- To get your hands on the rare books collections, you'll need to be accompanied by a librarian, so it would be worth your while to call ahead.

- Much of the collection has been transferred to the online catalog, but some of the older books can only be found in the archaic card catalogue on the ground floor.

- To check out a book, you'll need to become a member: Special deals are available for first-timers and college students.
