Not like it used to be. I used to think thus place was great, but things have changed. I always order the chicken carver sandwich on multiple-grain with just lettuce and cheese. Now when the used to order the chicken carver sandwich the bread would be toasted, the chicken warm and the cheese melted. But now I just left there and the bread was nit only not toasted but it was cold, along with the chicken being cold. Now I don't know if they changed the way they prepare the sandwich because like I said the bread was always toasted. But now I've been there about a dozen times since hoping to get the same GREAT carver sandwich that I used to get but it's a failure everytime!! Looks like I'll just have to give up on Boston Market! And it's too bad because I sure used to like that sandwich.
