Love it!! I spent two years going from one barber to another looking for one that could give me the haircut i was looking for. One haircut with Chrissy and I haven't even considered looking anywhere else!

I absolutely couldn't be happier with Chrissy's creative and technical skills. I have been colored and cut by the best people in the country , and this salon is on par. I have also gone to their stylist Maria for extensions and she is fantastic. The front desk knows everyone and are beyond helpful. A++++++

CHRISSY'S HAIR SALON IS THE "BEST" HAIR SALON IN RI. Yesterday, I got the absolute best haircut and color that I have ever had.

Chrissy was the stylist, and I couldn't be more pleased!

I have received a million compliments on how great I look.

i gave this salon a few chances and very time i was disappointed. i would not trust them with my hair.

better training would help

NEVER AGAIN. One of the worst experiences ever! I brought pictures of the chunky highlights i wanted, after my hair was already processed she told me she did something else because she thought it would look better, well it looked like hell. She also used 60 volume bleach, which was completely not needed, but she wanted to proccess my hair fast so she can get to the next client. Well my hair broke of weeks later. I was booked back to back and she did not even finish my hair because there was another lady waiting for 15min, i ended up going home with wet hair.

NEVER AGAIN!!!

poor customer service. made appointment for 2.30. they call back and change me to 3.00 so I wont need to wait. they said they where backed up. I get there at 2.55 I watched the old receptionist argue with one of the girls for at least 5 minutes as to who would take me. I ended up walking out. no even an apolgy from the old lady at the counter. would not recommend. July 2010

amazing hair transformation!. This by far has been the most amazing style I have ever had! Years of nightmare salon experiences had pretty much scared me off going to salons, taking matters, and hair into my own hands. Chrissy transformed my unruly, temperamental waves into the most AMAZING curls situated in just the right places. Not only did she explain to me how she would perform my style - dry cut- so she knew exactly where my waves and curls were hiding- she also showed me what hair colors complemented my skin tone using colored cloths so I could see for myself what colors made me look great and which ones not so great - teaching me how to tell the difference. She didn't try to hard press a sell for coloring my hair (I do have color treatment on my hair). She just wanted to show me how amazing I would look with the correct ones! She also explained the origin of this curl trimming concept which releases your natural curls by curl selection and location. The Deva product line helps condition and protect hair is a new approach to what our HAIR needs and how to clean our SCALPS, which are not the same needs. All I can say is WOW! I always knew my natural curls had great potential if only I could find someone that knew how to cut it just right "on the curl". Problem is stylist have their own ideas, don't really know how to take small amounts of hair, or they are just going through the motions, I can't tell you how many times I have left a salon in near tears after seeing their finished work! Can you say Joan Jett mullet? Anyway, I"LL NEVER LET MY HAIR BE CUT IN TH E OLD-FASHIONED WAY AGAIN! Everyone in the salon are trained to use this method. Not to say they don't cut straight hair also. I CANT IMAGINE A BAD HAIRSTYLE AMONG THE BUNCH! My hair is smiling and so am I.
