One of My Favorite Places
by providence77 at Citysearch
This is the first Indian restaurant I had ever been to and is definitely a favorite!! I highly recommend the mango chicken and coconut naan. The home made lemonade is fabulous as well.
On Sunday's they have a buffet for a great price ( I think it's about $11.00) so you can try a little bit of lots of great stuff.
The only drawbacks are that the tables are small and very close together and it tends to be incredibly busy, which can sometimes mean a long wait...particularly when school is in session as it's very close to Brown University. It should also be mentioned that it's well worth the wait!
They also have an email club so if you sign up you get coupons, and a free meal on your birthday and anniversary! :)
A fabulous place and a must try!!
- Pros: Great food & prices
- Cons: small tables & close together
Pretty good indian food

Ate at Kabob-n-Curry recently and had a good, but not great meal. The chicken did not seem too fresh, but was ok, not bad. The Indian spices were great, as always, and service was very prompt and courteous. I would definitely recommend Kabob-n-Curry and I will definitely return.
- Pros: Great service and good food.
- Cons: Not the best Indian food, but satisfying.

what's not to love about kabob n'curry? the food is always delicious, the samosas are knock-out. and the staff is always very friendly and fun. the music and atmosphere gives a nice authentic feel despite being in the middle of thayer street. and the sunday buffet is the best deal around - 7.95 all you can eat!
- Pros: great food, service
