I had Birthday at Paragon 8*8*09. What a mess! The food was great my server Sarah was great... BUT her co-worker would like to say Melissa is her name or the sloppy mess from hell, dropped a chk book made a scene as she picked it up then she herself sat on the dinner room floor, Yes on the floor 2:30 int he afternoon fussed around then got up hands on floor pushed herself up and picked her weggie and went about her buisness, I don't think she realized that she is the food industry and someones always watching. The saddest part about all this is the Mgr Paul was actually about a foot away from her and nothing was said AT ALL. Aint that some *#@!
Saddly sad wont be back for a bit and hopfuly she longer in the Industry!!

I ordered ice tea, it was just terrible. I couldn't drink and I asked syrup, they had the syrup only for pancake. How can they serve ice tea without syrup? I told the waitress that I couldn't drink, then she said "It's okay." I thought she was nice enough not to charge ice tea but she did charge and was not nice at all! She even didn't ask why I couldn't drink etc. Just say okay and charge! It is not OKAY! The manager passed by, so I told him the story but basically his attitude was the same. I would never go there again and would not recommend this place. They just don't know the basis manner of serving, even the manager!
- Pros: location
- Cons: bad service
Awesome food, entertaining staff

Dropped in on my way to Boston from PVD airport. Picked them at random from Citysearch. Recent remodeling of the back bar looked pleasently sophisticated. Ken was working the bar and made everyone feel at home. The mussels were fantastic - a little small compared with the monsters I got at Legal Seafood a couple days later, but they tasted better - perfect even and were cooked exactly right. After the mussels I expected the french burger to be a let down, but it wasn't. I tried to avoid stuffing myself but I kept reaching back for one more bite until it was gone. I'd come back in a heartbeat.
- Pros: Ken is definitely a Pro
- Cons: A little worried about parking with the panhandlers around, but I'm from out of town
