TERRIBLE Management Company - Stay AWAY!

This management company will charge you for EVERYTHING, from answering your phone call regarding a question to looking at you! We had this management company for some time and it has been discovered that there was a misuse of our association funds and embezzlement. Bilodeau would charge us $60.00 to make a phone for an estimate on a maintenance job for our house - THIS IS THEIR JOB. We pay them a standard fee every month to ensure this is taken care of - which things never were! We had several emergencies, which were NEVER attended to! We had to remedy the issue ourselves. This company is neglegent, which in turn cost our building a total of 20K - and BILODEAU never took responsibility! STAY AWAY from BILODEAU! We made a horrible mistake contracting with them! You will PAY a LARGE sum for NOTHING!!!!!!!

NEVER RENT FROM THEM

they will take every cent you have. They make you pay even after you have moved out. Their prices are outrageous. They bind you into things you dont want to do. Need something fixed forget it! they also come into your apt anytime they please which is very strange and intrusive.

NEVER rent from them! much better deals out there! BS company
