Be weary. I can't imagine how anyone could call Meredyth Church "Realtor of the Year." Even her employees try not to interact with her. Meredyth and her staff are there to take care of their own interests and everyone else's interests are secondary. That's hardly the attitude you want from your realtor. Customer Service?? Yeah right!!!. It's too bad that Rhode Island, and Providence for that matter, are so small because perhaps you would have a better choice for a realtor than this one. The sheer size and amount of properties in the market don't allow for many choices but you should still try to find someone else to work with. My girlfriend and I had the very unfortunate experience of dealing with Ms. Church on two seperate occasions. We were met with rudeness, misinformation, and profesionalism that is definitely questionable. I'm not sure how she sells properties or to whom she sells them to, but if you can take your business elsewhere you should.…
