WHAT HAPPENED?!. Cranston Native for 23 years and Galaxy has been a favorite for a long time! The remodeling was nice. Decor was a HUGE improvement. Waitstaff is decent. Prices are reasonable. The cuisine... DIED with the resurrection of the new place! The SUSHI is really the best improvement on the establishment. The more authentic dishes like Bee Bong are still decent, however, everything else LACKS. No flavor in the fried rice, fried/stir-fried dishes are blah, their famous Hot and Sour soup is now JELLO!? What happened to the good food and family oriented atmosphere? I miss it. Try the Sushi, Mango Chicken, Bee Bong... If you don't want Sushi, stick to 4 seasons!
