Don't trust them with a penny never mind a dollar.
Domestic Bank needs to make sure all their tellers in their store branches go for training. From the managers to the tellers they all don't know how to do their job. Dottie Miller is a great asset to Domestic Bank but they don't deserve her. She is the only employee that knows how to do her job and do it well. I recently renewed a cd at Domestic and the rate I am suppose to receive is 3.75 however, I am receiving 1%. I have the hard copy that I signed. I will be closing my checking account and cd. As customers it is not our job to stay on top of Domestic Banks staff. They are rude in other branches not just Walmart and a manager is the one that recently waited on me. Big line and only the manager on and another employee on the phone.
They don't seem to like their jobs..
I noticed that the woman at Domestic bank in Walmart are not very friendly. They made a mistake with cashing my check and shorted my 20 bucks. When I brought it to the tellers attention, she gave it to me. That seemed very weird.
I told the manager ,Karen, who also had an attitude and told me that I was accusing her teller of stealing. In fact I was just bringing the incident to her attention for future reference. She raised her voice to me and I immediately exited out of Walmart . I was insulted at her treated of me. I later cancelled all my accounts there and my daughter did the same.
The workers are arrogant and condesending..
I"m sorry to say that I opened an account at Domestic Bank in Walmart. I only opened it to get a free bag. I opened a checking account. I ordered checks for 15.00, which would have been deducted from my account of 30.00. I couple a weeks later I received a overdraft fee of 160.00. They had charge me 55.00 for the checks which I did not order. They charged me for business checks instead of personal. The manager finally agreed to take care of it. His name was Karen. I think it was a man but I'm not sure. He had braces and was tall with an adams apple. He was real weird. Anyway I finally closed the account and they are still sending me bills. The manager was so arrogant and condesending.A friend of mine had the same problem with the man named Karen.
