awful company. these people are awful not to mention rude. my son's car was repo from boston and toed to this company. after speaking with the owner steve he advised my son that there was a 65 dollar fee to collect his property. i called him back and once he heard that i would be calling honda to confirm that he changed his tune and Waived the fee. i did call honda and no where in the contract with them are they allowed to charge a dime for personal property also called rhode island attorney general and filed a formal complaint. hope they shut them down. how many people have fallen victim to him pocketing the 65 dollar fee??? maybe i should ask the department of revenue !!!!!! please check with your lender if you have to deal with these clowns.

Very Bad Experience. My car was towed on Sunday at 5AM, and then around noon I called them up (on their business phone, of course) and the woman picking up the phone (apparently they were working on that day) confirmed that my car was in their possession, and the car could only be picked up on Monday or later, but not that Sunday when they were actually working (so that they could charge you extra storage fees). And so I asked how much I should pay if I I pick it up on MONDAY, and she told me it should be the towing fee plus one day's storage fee, which would be about 80 dollars in total

So, on Monday morning, right before 9AM, I went there. And I thought I could just pay my fee (towing fee plus one day storage fee) and then be gone with my car. But that woman was very inefficient and it took her a long time to sort out the paperwork for my car, even though my car was right outside.

Now here is the *nice* part: she charged me a much bigger number than the number she told me earlier on the phone, the total coming to about $130. So I asked her how she came up with this number differently than what she told me on the phone. And I was asking her very politely and also briefly. But she refused to give me any explanation, and just demanded my money rudely: "DO YOU WANT YOUR CAR OR NOT!!? YES OR NO!!?" I was totally stunned and left speechless...

So, eventually I paid whatever they charged me, IN CASH (because they only take cash), and got my car. After that, I figured they probably charged me an additional day's storage fee, because they probably considered the possession of my car between Sunday 5AM and Monday 9AM as TWO days instead of one, whereas in fact I should be allowed to pick up my car on Sunday and should only pay the towing fee.

Rude, cunning, and exploitative. Bad people and bad company! But they got contracted with the city. So, what can you do about it? Oh well...

very bad cmpany. this company im suprised is still in business. First the service is ridiclous, the compny is in rhodeisland yet outof mass too? no wonder why people complain there screwing everyone and all the employees. i talked to a guy who worked there that repoed at night forthem and he said they like to steal everyones money and not even give a good reason, thats whythey have the big house and trucks. this company needs to be investigated if there screwing people and taxes thats pathetic. even there own repo guy said they screw people on pay who work for them how they work 60plus hours but pay for 40 then the simeball threatens to fire you if you dont work for free or clean his trucks on personal time for free. what a scumbag i hope that kid does get the states involved like he said he was. this is a very bad compay. ocean state towing and recovery is the worst ever to deal with and accoring to night time guy work or he ripps u off what a scumbag
