crickets. OMG!!! What a horrible experience. Got there at 6:30 on a Thursday night. We were told it would be a 15 to 20 minute wait. Not bad, no problem. Went to the bar ordered a drink. Got a table at 7:00. Did not see a waitress till 7:20. REALLY!!! Complained about the wait and was told our order would be hurried. 7:50 haven't been asked if we'd like another drink or told that our order was coming nothing!! Went to the bar to get another drink, you guessed it, no bartender in sight. At 8 o'clock the food was finally delivered. By this time we were too angry to eat. We will NEVER go back.…

Excellent Sunday Brunch. The brunch served as both breakfast and lunch for my family of four. (and might I also add dinner, since none of us were able to eat much more that day!)... We ate about noon, and we all concentrated on different things but the carving station was the big hit for my three guys. I am a breakfast person so I loved the individually made omelets and potatoes, but the Belgian waffles are always my favorite. The restaurant service is impeccable and you never feel rushed. The price is well worth it. The only part that was difficult was having to get up and eventually leave!…

Great Sunday Brunch. I ate at the Cricket's Sunday Brunch last week as I do at least once a year. The food and service are top notch. I especially enjoy the made to order omelets as well as the Belgian waffles. Not only is it a great deal for the money, it is a wonderful way to spend a leisurely Sunday morning in the winter.…

A Great Way to Spend a Sunday. Once again my family and I spent a relaxing Sunday morning at the brunch at Cricket's. The food is always excellent. My boys love the hot Belgium waffles smothered in butter and warm maple syrup. A family top pick and my personal favorite are the Eggs Benedict. The omelets made-to-order, the roasts, the desserts, the side dishes- all are consistently delicious. The waiters are very helpful and personable. Its a two thumbs up for this Smithfield establishment!…
