Puppy Patch

I recently bought my second dog from the puppy patch. These people really care about their dogs! You get a garantee on their health for a year. They really stand behind their dogs. I will go here for my next puppy for sure!

Pros: very informative staff, clean kennel

Cons: they don't open until 10am

This kennel store is the nicest, cleanest place I have ever been to. I have been here about 20 times in the past 6 years, and my experience has always been excellent! My sister bought a puppy here (a boxer dog) and he is the smartest, healthiest dog! I am definately going to go here when I'm ready to get my puppy next year.

Pros: super clean, open every day

Cons: none!

THIS PLACE IS SUPER CLEAN, PUPPIES ARE HEALTHY AND THE STAFF WAS INCREDIBLE! I BOUGHT MY PUPPY HERE 6 MONTHS AGO, AND HE IS THE BEST! I WOULD TELL ANYONE WHO WANTS A PUPPY TO GO TO THIS PLACE!

Do not get your pup from the puppy patch. Recently purchased a puppy whom came with Girdia, heart murmur and the doggy flu. It has been very difficult with a sick puppy and though when purchasing the puppy the puppy patch in hopkington was very pleasant they have not been as pleasant at this point. not returning phone calls and accusing me of giving the dog these illnesses. Though tufts and the natick animal clinic both agree that it came from there and many dogs have come from there like this. The lesson learned... always go through a breeder and not through a puppy mill!! For more information you can also read an article that I wish I had seen before going there by Andrew J. BAD very BAD they may look clean when you go in there but the puppies are very ill and have many defects you can not see right away

I bought my dog from Puppy Patch, and they were wonderful! The dogs were in good condition and the pens were in clean condtion, when i asked they said they have routine checks for messes. The puppies did not have any sores, nor did they appear to have any signs of mistreatment. I had asked them about the daily feeding schedules and they could recount exact times and types of food brands. These people know what they are doing, and they clearly demostrate that they want only what is best for the dogs. I've had my American Cocker Spaniel for 6 years now and he has never shown any ill effects from coming from this establishment.

Pros: Service, Dog knowledge

Cons: Parking

I work with dogs and I see so many puppies that come out of the Puppy Patch. Many of them are very sick. I have seen puppies just picked up from there uninateblood and be on the verge of death. They do not care about the health of their animals at all. Please do not give this place any of your money. Find a reputable breeder to get your dog.

i rate 11 staff are great the puppys are always clean the place is always great my kids love going there and they are 17 ,23 yrs old

Puppy Patch has many puppy choices. My adorable maltese, Brady was a Valentine's gift. He is a happy, social, healthy puppy. Facilities -clean Puppies interact with other puppies and people Staff- friendly, helpful, very thorough explaining the terms, follow up calls AKC papers received in a timely manner. De-worming medication and karo syrup since provided for toy breeds. Vet examination required a series of other de-worming medications. Would have like more information on the kennel as well as the parents in order to get a sense of how big puppy will get. In general, I am quite pleased with my puppy.
