I hated gyms. Big and loud and I could never get on equipment when I wanted. Even when I did get on and worked out like a mad man, I still wouldn't see the results I wanted and would soon give up. I went for the free session with a trainer offered by The Village Health Co. and was very skeptical at first. I was amazed when I walked in. I've never seen a gym that looks like it! It's intimate, and really beautiful. Loved the stone walls, hard wood floors and cool equipment. They promised there would never be more than three people working out at the gym at the same time. It's been two years, and so far they have kept that promise, and I'm here all the time. My trainer has become one of my best friends. He did the impossible...He made me someone who loves to workout!

I felt special from the moment I walked into The Village Health Co. No wonder it was voted best in Providence three years in a row. That's what brought me in, but what's kept me has been the superb service I get from my trainer. After each session, I feel like I have really accommplished something. A really good sweat without the pain. I feel stronger, and haven't been in this kind of shape since high school. Thank you Village Health. You have become my home away from home!

Cons: all good!
