Classic pub setting, but food not that great

Went in on a Thurs. afternoon for lunch. Thought it would be delicious tried & true pub food, but it wasn't. The service was fine at least although I ordered shoestring fries but still got the Busker's. The chicken sandwich and the cheeseburger didn't come with any mayo, lettuce, tomatoe, onion, anything. The buffalo chicken sandwich barely had any buffalo flavor and didn't have any bleu cheese. Wouldn't go back. There are so many other good places around. It wasn't the worst place ever, but definitely disappointed.

Absoutly Awesome!!!!

This is the BEST Place in Newport. The food is great; The service is awesome, Great Bar Tenders. There is no better place to stop in for drinks, watch soccer (they have all the channels), football, Baseball, UFC, Hockey and everything else. Come Check it out, Have some food, drinks, listen to music I guarantee you will be impressed.
