Jan and Bonnie are delightful, helpful and pleasant. Clothes are fantastic and my daughter bought the wedding gown of her dreams and was actually able to try on the gown in her size, not like other stores where you have to hold up a size two gown and imagine yourself in it.. Jan actually has YOUR size in stock! Great place to shop, every time you shop. If I could give them ten stars, it would be my pleasure. In a world where customer service is nonexistant, this place is a gem of customer service and pleasant experiences.
Pros: Clothes are of good quality, staff is too!
Cons: A bit pricey but top quality and worth the cost

I just have to say I am someone who doesn't shop for clothes often...mostly because I really don't know what will look good,can the item be tailored to fit better...I'm not good at this! I finally found my answer to looking and feeling great in clothes! Bottecelli! I was waited on hand and foot...and not alot of pressure to buy...The prices are the high side of moderate but the clothes you walk away with are well made ,comfortable and look and feel great. I'll be back and recommend this shop to all.

Botticelli's is what I would call an old-fashioned dress shop for plus sizes. Great customer service - Bonnie helped me with choices for a formal party and gave me options to try on that I never would have considered on my own. She also mentioned that the owner looks for specific styles and items for regular customers (with no obligation to buy). Prices were moderate to expensive, but the quality seemed very good and I checked out some of the sales, and they seemed pretty good (40%). The shop could be a little bigger, it felt very cramped moving around. They also do full wedding fittings for the entire bridal party. Overall a very positive experience.
Pros: personal service, very good selection, fair prices
Cons: cramped, smaller store. Ok parking out front but probably fills up quick on the weekend
