crowded for a reason

This is a great breakfast spot. Always packed but the line moves quickly, the food is great and the "greasy spoon" feel of the place is perfect for breakfast before a day at the beach.

Phil's has incredible homefries! Great bargain..tons of food! Also check out the pancakes!! YUM!
