This salon is great at double booking appointments

The manicures are terrific but the front desk double books appointments. I was also called and asked if I would give up my appointment to someone else that was double booked. They also booked me for times the manicurist was not even at the salon!!! Then I tried to get a manager to call me. It's two weeks and I'm still waiting!
Pros: great manicures
Cons: double booking of appointments or booking when tech is not there
