LOST my mother's family heirloom handkerchief!

We used Jephry for wedding flowers. My mother gave him two family heirloom handkerchiefs for him to add to the bouquet so I could carry them down the aisle like my mother and grandmother had. When the big day came, there was only one handkerchief in the bouquet. The other one was never returned and was never seen again. My mother found Jephry (Jeffrey) very rude. He refused to accept responsibility for the loss and accused her of losing it. My mother's family heirloom is gone forever and no one has even apologized.

Fantastic independent floral shop!

I called Jephry's out of blue, desperate for a last minute arrangement to be delivered to my office within 2 hours (an online floral order had not been delivered). With just some bare information to work with ("pinks and purples", "pretty and traditional"), they created and delivered a lovely arrangement well within my specified time constraints.

I also like that they're not Teleflora or FTD, the arrangements are original and very interesting, not the standard ones you see everyday.

Many thanks to Jephry's for a job well-done, I've told quite a few co-workers about you!

Oh, and the lady who received the flowers LOVED them!

• Cons: a bit pricey - but worth it!
