Best Bridal Boutique in New England

While searching for my wedding gown, I stopped by this quaint little boutique and was amazed by the quality of service and selection of gowns available at this boutique. The prices overall were moderately priced, yet for the quality that I was getting in return it was well worth it. Once I decided to purchase my wedding gown through them, I was fitted 3 times which insured me that they wanted perfection. Throughout the times I went there for my fittings I noticed many of the other brides who have purchased their gown through them were very pleased and satisfied with Helene??????s overall service. The staff at Helene??????s bridal was amazing, not only did they know what they were talking about, but I later found out that they have been in the bridal business for over 65 years. I would definitely come back with my ??????daughter?????? well, when she grows up of course?????? I would definitely recommend Helene??????s Bridal to anyone who asks. A piece of advice I would give many is that ??????IT IS NOT ALWAYS ABOUT PRICE BUT THE QUALITY AND SERVICE YOU GET IN RETURN??????

Hidden Jewel of Providence

I drove by this store on my work break and decided to stop by and just check them out. The lady at the front desk was so polite to me i was immediatley happy. Since i couldnt really stay an try on anything i had made an appointment there to view bridal gowns. To make a long story short the staff at Helene's were awesome. They took care of me and my mother as if we were the only women in there store. Every dollar spent in this store is well worth the attention and service provided by the girls here..

Amazing MOB Dress

Loved every dress they had.. although i was in a budget they found plenty of styles that would suit the budget i had in mind. The ladies were great and my dress looks amazing.!!!

They had a great selection of wedding gowns and they were soo nice to me. i ended up with a Sottero and Midgley gown. The dress was great with alot of detail. Please brides go here, many bridal stores in RI are not as honest and as dedicated to making the bride happy as this store.

Great Bridal Shop in RI

While shopping around in Rhode Island for my wedding gown, I went into Helene's. I was surpirsed to see that they had lines that were exclusive to their store. The salesperson was very helpful in picking out dresses that were the right fit and fit into my budget (which was $2000). Instantly I felt like my wedding was important to her, she asked me questions and gave me good advice. We tried on over 15 gowns out of 3 lines (Cosmobella, Aire Barcelona, and Sottero and Midgley). I knew I found my dress when I did not want to try on anymore, it was the Aire Barcelona gown names Dalma. Be aware though that Aire Barcelona is a higher priced bridal collection starting ar $1200 and running well up to $5000 however the quality and designs were amazing. We then picked out a veil to match along with a set of jewerly. It was a one-stop shop (without shoes however) I was lucky enough to pick out bridesmaids and tuxedos all one day :) I would recommend this store to anyone in Rhode Island and Mass. and I was not surprised to see that they were voted best of weddings by The Knot. The only thing I can say is to be upfront about your budget and open with styles, they are great salesgirls with a good intuition for selecting bridal gowns.

The Greatest and unique collection of Wedding Gowns in RHODE ISLAND!!!

I Bought my dress there in Feb of 08 and from the moment i stepped in not only did they always remember my name but they were always attentive to a very stubborn and picky bride. The Service there is A+ and there Gowns are in some cases unique in that They have some collections that no other Bridal in RI is Allowed to carry. What took my breath away also was during my fittings i met many other brides to be that were also very pleased with thier service. After chatting with many of the other brides i found that many of them did not even live in RI some came as far as florida and as close as boston. When i asked them why they came here the most common answer was "i was recommended" plus i should also note that these brides were getting married in RI. Thank you Helene's and Espcially Ana who has been so wonderful to me and my bridesmaids. Also thank you Aldo for the tuxedos the guys look great and im glad the tuxedo department has you.

• Pros: Great Selection and an All in one boutique
• Cons: Some dresses are bit pricey such as $3,000.00 but they have less expensive ones as well

Very poor tailoring

I went to Helene's because it was a highly recommended bridal salon. Although I had no trouble purchasing a wedding dress, the in-house tailor did a terrible job with alterations. I had the following problems:

She took in the sleeves, but made one far too tight. She used what looks like a piece of an old bra to "fix" the problem.

The hem is uneven.

She shortened it by taking it up at the midsection instead of at the bottom, leaving it bunchy around the waist.

She charged extra to remove some beading, but actually took off very few beads. Also, when I took it home, beads fell off every time I touched it.

There were loose threads everywhere.

She also seemed generally confused about my instructions and unable to respond to my requests throughout the process.

The mangement offered me a small refund, but little could be done about the problems with the dress. I enjoyed working with other staff members, but I'm not sure the tailor should be taking on the responsibility of altering a wedding gown.

Best Bridal Boutique in Southern New England I Def Recommend This Place to Everyone

There is absolutely nothing bad to say about this bridal boutique, the staff there were very helpful 'to a picky bride'. They are patient and delegent, the quality of dresses they carry vary, from hunderds to thousands. I have been to many bridal boutiques in RI and MA and none have impressed me like this little boutique. Although the dress i wanted was a bit pricer than i wanted it to be, it shouldnt be always about price but the service and quality you get in return. Remember ladies, you only get married once... so dont just jump on the cheapest dress you see, the cheapest tends to mean they are compensating for either lack of service or QUALITY... think of the process of browsing for a gown as looking for a relationship, because if you decide to get your alterations done at a boutique and thier staff and service is horrible, well you wont have a pleasent journey. AND THAT'S WHAT ITS ALL ABOUT THE JOURNEY..
